OH is probably in the same situation as you - had a phone call from BM wanting 'advice' aka help for DIY. So off OH goes with half the contents of his workshop and an hours car journey in the middle of the afternoon. Goodness knows when he will get home, and what's the betting he forgets to ring to say he is on his way back?

had a good time am tired and there is no food in so am having a takeaway ,hotel was lovely food wonderful bang in the middle of the winnersh roundabout and nowhere to go after the days out the large TV in the rooms were a hit so they both watched TV and we missed out on the socialising but !!! we missed the rain .it rained in Oxford on saturday as we were getting on the coach ,was redhot in Bicester and also at Highclere yesterday so am burnt again lol
It was a long journey down and better on the way back the girls were bored on the long journey

You probably need a holiday to get over the holiday! It can't have been easy being responsible for 2 other adults - you needed to be aware all the time. ;-)

we were in the same room too so we were on 24/7
mine was very agitated most of the time there were some lovely folk on our coach who were very good with them which did help .
I have all the washing out and two floors downstairs washed so i am heading to the shower now and hope the water pressure is OK they are working on the water in the street and surrounding areas so the pressure is bad today .

I have washed dried and ironed lol ,done the downstairs ,discovered the waterboard were sorting a leak out earlier so that was why we had no water upstairs hardly
am waiting for A to text so I can me him at the shop where mums go and then on to the 10% one afterwards

Evening all. I was havng trouble posting with error messages left right and centre :-|. Also was on the phone for well over an hour to my cousin ,catching up on all the London family's gossip :-D :-D :-D :-D

I am here had a monster of a headache so a few coffee's and a slow start. though I have removed the wildlife presents a bird entrails ,a dead mouse ,and the feathers lol well I did laugh yesterday A had a dead mouse in his trainer
I have scrubbed the shower now I am planning a lazy day as its wet here

Had a really long sleep and feel quite refreshed for a change.

Serves A right for not keeping up with the feathers and fur - do you think he would have noticed when the corps started to pong??

Shopping day today. Since PC is on 'lates' we will probably have a knife and fork lunch out.

Still here too ,just busy out back with loads of onions to hang to dry ,other bits and pieces to do to get the garden ready for next year ,and of course [spits from side of mouth] plenty of housework ,and cooking .
Got my cat well trained though ,lol, she leaves all the presents on the outside matt ,she knows i will have her guts for garters if she tries bringing them indoors.Fred. :-)

Badger I try the warning alarm is the growling at the other cat when he goes any where near the catch .A did quite well really, froggy had the same treatment the other day ,it has stopped raining now but still breezy .i did pop out to the shop for some fresh veg to the german shop as its way cheaper for veg I have a caserole on in the slow cooker
.I am in a really lazy mood
