Evening all.

Don't sulk, LG. I have done now. It was a mad moment on senility!! :-D :-D

I have the two gds birthdays within one week of each other at the end of October/beginning of November, so I have to get over that first!!

I work to lists as well, DET, for all of them really, although I can get some small stocking fillers for them without the lists. The eldest gd normally wants money now that she is in her teens!

Been quite a busy girl today and have started getting bits together for some decorating. Groan :-P :-P :-P

I have decided to give the kitchen a lick of paint as it will be another 18months or so before they refit it for me and also need to paint the mid hall. I am going to have to try to fit it in between each of the monthly appointments at the hospital as I will not be able to any for at least a week after each session of injections.

Decorating? We STILL haven't done the upstairs loo. How many years have we been talking about it? Anyway, the soil pipe needs re-seating and because of the leak, the floor tiles need to be replaced, so its probably just as well we never got round to it.

We didn't get very far with putting away the patio set. The end of the umbrella had swollen and wouldn't come out of the hole in the table. Its out now, and that at least is put away. Didn't want it flying off into the sunset in the anticipated storms!

You could do a Mary Poppins with the umbrella if it took off, DET. It would be a good match against LG on her broomstick :-D :-D

My broomstick has just had it's service and annual tune up so it should be ok for racing :-D

DET has gone into hiding! It's no good her coming out to play at midnight, cos I'll be tucked up safe and sound by then. We might have to re-schedule :-D :-D

Oh, and btw, I am still really the biggest Bah Humbuger about C!! :-D :-D

Is she a witch I wonder if she appears after midnight ;-) :-D. Loads of the dreded C stuff in the shops already :-P. I don't even want to think about it until at least the first of December if not later :-D. We have a family in the flats near us who put up the C tree at the start of November :-0 :-|

Oh crikey, that is far too soon. I am sick of sicking mine after a couple of weeks!! In fact, I haven't got one this year, unless I go out and buy a new one :-D :-D I had to ditch mine last year as one section fell apart :-D :-D

On the other hand, if the council come to do the heating just before C, I won't be putting anything up, as I will need to decorate the lounge. I could do some painting on the big day :-D :-D

Paint a tree on the wall ;-). You could start a new trend :-D. Mine does not go up until about a wekk before as like you I get fed up with it :-|

Oh not like me then Can't beat a Fahl. The hotter the better for me. :-D

Yuk! Honestly, after one mouthful I could be eating minced tyres or snails. All I get is 'heat'. When we cook a curry with sauce from a jar, if OH wants something stronger, we have to split the sauce and add creamed coconut to my portion to cool it down.

It can be a nightmare eating out, having to avoid anything described as having chillies or cracked pepper :-( :-(

I always cook my own and seeing as OH hates it I cook it my way. He even hates the smell of it so I only have it if he is out :-D.

We are off up the wooden hill now so hopefully I will catch you tomorrow. Nite nite sleep well <3
