What a busy day you've both had. Both of you spending money. You ought to have a chat with my sister-in-law......everyone keeps trying to rein her in ;-)

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 1 Oct 2012 09:29

Ooo yes - today's the day to flip the calendar :-D

Historically, I don't like going out in the evening (or getting up and out too early!) which rules out most of the FH groups. With Maz' tangled web of adoptions, you might get some new research ideas if you did make it to the meeting.

Shan't bother hanging the washing outside - far too grey with dampness in the air. Only 3 months until the end of the year. Where did summer go? :-(

Mazfromnorf

Mazfromnorf Report 1 Oct 2012 10:12

,I joined the group for a couple of years .I might drag my auntie along as she is good at digging and is good at it being ex forensics

Evening all, Just a quick look in as I am of to my meeting soon. Just want to wish YG the best tomorrow and hope all goes well in case I don't get on later. Oh and I will be thinking of you . <3 <3

YG

YG Report 1 Oct 2012 18:33

Thanks, LG. I must admit to feeling very nervous about it. If all goes well, it won't be so difficult facing the next two.

I'm not keen on being out at night nowadays, DET. The dark nights don't do much for me. I think the armed robbery that we had in Zambia put paid to all the confidence that I used to have. :-(

Hope you have a good sleepover shift, Maz. Don't work too hard! :-D

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 1 Oct 2012 18:49

It's sure to be OK YG....we're all thinking of you.

I'm not scared of going out in the dark - no street lighting anyway - its the hassle of getting a meal together early, then getting ready whilst issuing instructions. Well, it was when the children were younger. ;-)

Hope LG's meeting is interesting...and that Maz sleep over trouble free.

Day 2 of not having to cook an evening meal...OH decided we'd go out for lunch. Then tomorrow we are meeting his Best Man for the first time in about 30 years + wife no 2 for........lunch :-D

I could get used to this :-D :-D

YG

YG Report 1 Oct 2012 19:59

Ladies and OHs that lunch!! That will be 3 in a row, you only need a few more and you needn't cook all week! :-D :-D

LaGooner

LaGooner Report 1 Oct 2012 22:03

Evening all, just a quick peek around the door as |i am going to be sociable to OH for a change ;-). Good luck YG, catch you all tomorrow I hope <3

Bye LG :-)

I'm working on 4 in a row as Wednesday is shopping day, and we know what that means! As it happens, I'm lunching on Friday, so OH can fend for himself on that day. A lady could get used to this ;-)
