LaGooner Report 3 Oct 2012 09:38

:-D :-D :-D :-D :-D. I wasn't quick enough to get a photo or I would have sent you one to cheer you up ;-). :-D.

Just got my forms printed off and now of to shop for Brownies and then to the dentist to have a tooth pulled :-P :-P :-P :-P :-(.
Have a good day one and all and catch you later :-D

Morning - it must be something in the air, cos I haven't been up long either :-D

Sounds as if you are raring to go YG and are managing quite well aftr yesterday.

We'll have LG back on later mumbling through cotton wool and accidently biting her lip. Hope they managed to get it allout, roots and all, without too much problem....did the dentist have to kneel on your chest to get some purchase to yank the toof??? ;-) ;-)

Take your time with the chores Maz - they'll still be there tomorrow and you have a full day's paid work to come.

LaGooner Report 3 Oct 2012 13:27

I'm back minus a tooth :-(. It was so loose in it's socket it was out in a flash thank goodness. Now feeling a bit groggy from it all but hey ho a little rest will help. Catch you all later <3

YG Report 3 Oct 2012 17:36

Now don't you go and get your cauldron out and start making evil brews to retaliate against the man with the pliers, LG!! NO, not as revenge for taking the tooth out, but purely for how much it cost!! :-D :-D

I have to return to the pit tomorrow :-P My eye is a bit 'gritty' and I look like frankenstein (no comments from you lot, thank you!), but it is feeling much better :-D It was certainly not a good experience and I really do not want to go back again, but have to go at least two more times. The only consolation is that he is drop dead gorgeous! :-D :-D

Evening. OH says he did not relish his second lot YG as he knew what was going to happen, ignorance was bliss :-D :-D :-D.
Still feeling a bit off but a lot better after a nanna nap this afternoon. Brownies were very noisy so did not help my headache :-|

YG

YG Report 3 Oct 2012 22:04

Don't know how you managed Brownies tonight!

Has your OH got the same complaint as me, LG?

LaGooner

LaGooner Report 3 Oct 2012 22:13

No he has the start of Glaucoma in one eye and high pressure in the other. He had injections like yours when he had his 2 ops. Now he is on eye drops for the rest of his life

YG

YG Report 3 Oct 2012 22:27

As long as they can keep it under control for your OH is all that matters, LG. This ageing lark isn't much fun, I'm afraid :-P

YG Report 3 Oct 2012 22:46

Can I join the 'old crocks' list please?

One lumpy ankle and skinned bruised knee from falling over in the Sains carpark :-(

Do hope the grittyness wears off soon YG. It must be really irritating. And sorry to hear about the headache LG. Bet you keep 'worrying' the clot, naughty girl!

Just had a gas fitter with the annual service call and finally bought a carbon monoxide detecter

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 4 Oct 2012 10:05

Morning Maz - hope you researched prices before hand, if you bought the C02 detector from the engineer - some of them cost way more than others. :-0

Ours is being serviced tomorrow - we think the bearings are going on the fan. Strange, we didn't use to have so many parts wearing out with the previous ancient cast iron one.

Mazfromnorf

Mazfromnorf Report 4 Oct 2012 10:10

edit they will need to call out an engineer as the pressure has dropped
