If I go to bed now I will be awake in the early hours :-D

I used to stay up much later, but I can't do it at the moment. I don't know whether it's another sign of old age catching me up, or just weary from work.

I must admit that I am more than ready for my 'holiday', although it will be hard work, but at least I will be able to give my brain a rest!! (no comment, thank you!!) :-D

I'm off now, LG. My cup is empty!!

YG - you wouldn't have to have the spicy dip- that was optional!!! We also had a saucer of Soy and something else, neither of which were spicy. If the opportunity arose, Dim Sum are quite a change. They're are the Chinese light sharing lunch, like the Tapas principle, unless like us you ate lots :-D :-D

Shopping day today. Sains' Cafe won't be the same ;-)

its pppping down the fur are disgusted as they both like to observe the world for a while in the garden .
DET there is dim sum restaurant here and its very popular .

Boo yerself. Sitting here feet up watching the match :-D. What sort of day have you had today ?

Not brilliant :-P Our line manager left her husband about three weeks ago. It hasn't been a great marriage for her and she had met someone that convinced her that she really needed to leave. He has now dumped her to go back to his ex partner and she has totally lost the plot. She is barely doing any work and leaving everything to us. I am really busy trying to get cleared up ready for my leave next week, so I am not best pleased :-| :-| :-| :-|

Apart from that I am not too bad, thanks :-D :-D

There are some right ###@@@#s in this world. But it does not make it any easier on everyone who works with her.

That's true, LG. I am just really surprised by her behaviour. She can be very assertive and pushed to try and make a name for herself at work. It is really weird seeing her as she is at the moment. She keeps saying that she will shake herself out of it, but I am wondering how long that will take :-D :-D

We have a long lunchtime meeting with her tomorrow, so doubtless we will hear all about it :-D :-D And we are not very pleased at her using our lunch break to make us attend :-P :-P :-P I think I will go off to As** at 12 to take my break before it starts at 1pm :-D :-D

It could be a start of depression and that can take ages if ever to sort. She probably feels totally rejected and that is not a nice feeling. Go to As** at least you will be out of the way for a while.

Only six work days left, then a load of work to do here!! I am going to crash out on the sofa for Christmas, with all doors locked and curtains closed and chill, chill, chill!! :-D :-D :-D :-D

Everything is well on that front thank goodness. OH and I have Christmas day to ourselves as J has the girls and H is working the late shift on the big day. This will be only the second time we wil have done this. Oh Bliss :-D

Oh it's good news that you won't be overrun with visitors. Enjoy your time together while you can :-D :-D

This year won't be any different for me. Christmas Day looking after myself and Boxing Day with the girls. To be honest I think I am going to be pleased to have a quiet day this year. I can stay in my pjs all day if I want. :-D :-D

Same here we have all 3 girls on Boxing Day.

I have got about five issues of Family History magazines if you want them, LG. There are some discs kicking around somewhere too. Not sure where I've packed them at the moment, but I can post the magazines down to you if you would like them and send the cds on when I have unpacked everything again.
