I've been earning a bit of cash, then trotted round the village shops. We've borrowed a book of carpet samples (that's right, we still haven't decided) from a local independent store.

Now its either persuade OH that he really would like a trip to the dump with a boot load of leaves, or get on with preparing dinner - eldest is coming after work.

Not sure where Maz has got to...probably work. You never know these days!

as if i need it lol ,I have been planning some DIY with froggy next week here ,ready to get the decorating sorted properly in the spring this living room needs a real sort out am looking at the charity shops and freecycle to see what is around to either revamp or reduced as i want to make use of wood and upcycle as its now called lol

lol you would have to do that any way ,its the posh word for reusing old wooden furniture painting it etc and charging a fortune for ,

I've been freecycling this week, but giving the stuff away!! I have got rid of a bag full of door handles and fittings and hopefully a bookcase will be going tonight or tomorrow. The only thing I can't get rid of is the old portable colour tv as it doesn't have a scart socket.

I have also given three bags of goods to the PDSA charity shop :-D :-D :-D

My reward will be in doggie & pussy heaven, I hope :-D :-D :-D

I have a few bags to go to our local jumble sale for Help the Heroes.

It's a good feeling have a clear out, isn't it!! I'm quite chuffed at the space that I was able to use when I had finished :-D :-D

I fill the space up again ;-). OH and I love secondhand and antique shops :-D
