I was thinking about the bottom stamping the other day. Perhaps we need a soiree with canapes and drinkies and we could ceremoniously undertake the stamping of bottoms of those who have not been yet stamped.

We would have to issue invitations and make a date for the event.

Has something gone wrong with LGs keyboard. It seems to be typing all sorts of ummmmmmm incomprehensible words. "Wonderful, beautiful, talented, modest". I would have chucked up my breakfast if I had been eating at the time. Would someone zap her with the lazer and restore her equilibrium.

OH liked his birthday card, in fact it wasn't until I pointed out the homely touches that he realized it was an AS special card.

If I give up strenuous exercise I will probably lose the cramps. Can't blame coffee, don't drink the stuff, or tea. Nope it is the fluid in fluid out ratio I need to watch. Water bottle by the bed at night might help. By the way for those of you who are watching the weight and counting the calories. I have lost almost seven kilos since beginning of October last year. I am less than two kilos off my target weight, can now see my waist and will now fit into clothes I have not been able to wear for a couple of years.

The big problem is to maintain my preferred weight, not lose more than I should (joke, joke), and of course not put it back on again. I allow myself occasional dessert now but ooooooooooooooo I miss my chocolate.

To use a very old saying.....Cough it up YG it might be a gold watch :-D. And to add my old Dad's ending to that We could go and pop it at Uncle's. :-D :-D :-D :-D
