Evening everyone :-)

We have got away with it quite lightly here. The really strong wind started mid afternoon, as expected, but is easing off now. Some people have suffered roof and shed damage, and there are some trees down, but apart from that there doesn't appear to have been anything too serious.

LG, I hope you are feeling a bit better today. Are you almost ready for the off? Only 3 more sleeps!!

Maz, I'm surprised to hear that the snow has gone. It looked quite bad in part of your area earlier today. Are you having to work this weekend?

ZZzzz, I hope everything is ok where you are and that you and your hubby are battened down safe and sound :-)

Have you run out of batteries , we need that besom revving up some power from the wind
auntie has no power ,her phone line is iffy ,my cousin is better off but all roads out of town are blocked by trees .

I think we have got away lightly with the storm so far we had a good covering of snow

It is quite windy out now though I am ringing auntie later if she has any way of making contact as I think its been quite bad down there by the look on face book

Sad really, he used to be a Geoff Capes look alike and very strong but not now and depends on me a lot. Such is life eh.

Tornadoes are 4 and 5 now ,
It has flown by the time .we are waiting to see what the next storm does though we may just get snow this time .

Afternoon all, Chico has the hump with me now as he had a visit to the vet this morning :-0. How lovely to have a Tornado visit Maz,I expect they are quite the young men now :-D :-D :-D

Thursday my day off and as usual I have chores, admin and other things to do I have stripped my bed Cleo is sulking back on there now
Its horrid here the early sunshine was lovely .Its a sleet shower now so not planning any out activities though I have the Tornados next week from Monday so sorting beds out ready

We are just about done I think. OH has about another half hour to do in the shed and 2 more tip runs. Two of the sons are coming at the weekend to help with some furniture dismantling jobs and disconnecting the washing machine. I of course will be supervising ;-) :-D :-D.
I am off to bed now as I didn't sleep too well last night and we have got to be up early for the vet appointment.Nite nite see you tomorrow :-D <3
