It affects twins differently, the one left behind still feels the presents of the deceased, I hope that helps xx. |

He's bound to feel it and its the worst anniversary to get through. It is one year tomorrow since we attended my line manager's funeral and we were in the midst of heavy snow falls. Definitely different weather this year up to now. |

I think I have sorted out my sleep issues and the awful pain in my neck that I had last week. I was researching on the net and it advised using pillows that allow your head to be at the same level as your body. I have now started using the two thinner pillows and I have slept a lot better and the neck is much more comfortable, though not completely better. |
