I have always been a slow loser so nothing new there :-D :-D :-D

Slow but sure wins the race. According to my scales I have lost 1 pound but next Wednesday is when I go back have to wait til then.

I lost half this week so that's ok. We are in for the rest of the day and tomorrow is strip the bed and clean through day.

It has been quite chilly here, 0.5 earlier about 5 now so I aint going anywhere till tomorrow :-D. How did you get on at WW, I didn't go lat night.

Hi Maz, it is sunny but cold here today. We have just got back from WW and the weekly shop so it's time for cuppa and feet up :-D :-D

Just looking in as I am awaiting a chap to do some digging I need to get some plants dug out as they are in the wrong place I just cant do it any more ,There is not much but it will look a lot tidier when its done .
I have got back into the routine though I am tired due to it being the first week .I am off today back in Friday and Saturday .then off Sunday .
Its a lovely bright morning but very Chilly

Lucky me :-0 :-0 :-0 :-0 :-0 I had 30 mins to get everything ready to log on, have breakfast and make myself presentable (which is a mean feat in itself!!).
