It is to check insulation and that the heating and double glazing is up to standard. It took about 20 minutes in all and is another bit towards the move. 2 more checks to be done both booked in one next weekand the final one on the 21st.

It was cold earlier but it is warmer and sunny now.
What is involved with an EPC check, I know what it is but not what is done.

Maz, my soup is too thick now I have put it through the liquidiser. I'm didn't have time at lunch to try it as I needed to go to the chiropodist, and am not sure whether I want to try it tomorrow!!

Its freezing here minus 5 tonight its going to be a chilly start at church for lunches in morning
We make soup most weeks out of veg that needs using ,avocados are brilliant for thickening ,we get them when they are so soft so its using waste up in a good way .
