Yeah me too, I used to cook everything, we rarly bought anything already cooked then I went ack to work full time, he used to do most of his work at home so it made sense.

All eaten now and it was tender enough. You are so lucky to have someone who can cook for you. I always think it tastes better when I haven't had to cook it :-D :-D

Hubby does the cooking so I can blame him if it more like shoe leather, saying that I prefer it cooked, no blood coming out when I cut it.

I put no. 9 instead of no.3. There isn't a no. 9 at the moment as they are still building it :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D I suppose the postie might have got it right, but didn't want to risk it!!

If my braising steak doesn't hurry up and get a bit more tender it is going out of the window. I am starving, so obviously should have put it in the oven sooner than I did :-0 :-0 :-0

YG, I think it would get to it's destination with the wrong number, I had sent a card to the wrong town in Wales and it got there on time, posties are marvellous.

A pj day is good for the body and soul, ZZzzz :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) I have had half a day in my pjs this week, but not managed a full one yet!!

I showered and then gave my feet a pamper session that was badly needed. I had to nip out to look for some Tippex as I put the wrong house number on a card that I need to post tomorrow. The local shop didn't have any, so went to A**a, much against my principles and managed to get some there, so all good now :-D :-D Apart from that I have done one load of washing and got it dried and prepped the vegetables for dinner tonight.

It rained all morning, but dried up thankfully this afternoon. More to come tomorrow I think :-(

Oh and breaking news ........................... Big display stands of Creme Eggs are in the shops :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

Afternoon all, I have done some of the H work stuff, I am about to put the Christmas paper and cards in the attic and I haven't showered and still in my night clothes :-D

Morning all it is very foggy and damp out ,not sure what my plan is today so just grabbing a cuppa and a quick nosey on here
then I might have a shower before doing some tidying up .

I didn't sleep at all well last night so maybe I will tonight as I am tking some sleepers before I go to bed. Nite nite YG, sleep well :-D <3

We have had rain nearly all day but it is supposed to be drier tomorrow so maybe we can get a load of stuff thrown out of the small shed. We are being brutal and if it has not been used it is going :-D

I still have a lot of rest to catch up on, LG, but get bored just sitting, especially during the day and the tv programmes are rubbish :-0 :-0

I got everything done in the house by Christmas Eve, so nothing much to do right now, The weather has been a little better today, at least the rain has stopped and that awful mist has cleared, so if it is dry tomorrow, I might just try to get out for a walk.

Doing as little as possible for as long as possible is definitely a good thing.

I have been exchanging info with hubbies family in Australia and I have a copy of a photo of one of his Australian cousins and there is such a strong resemblance that it could be the same person but there is about a 20 year age difference, um I feel a visit to Australia coming on or maybe they will come here.
