We had a couple of busy days, going places, waiting for parcels to be delivered, hubby took me to have hearing test, they hoovered my ears, etc etc then did some food shopping, took almost 4 hours :-( we were seen out in public together too lol.

Coooeee I am here :-D. I was very busy catching up with a few things and we popped into the big town.

Where are you all, I hope you are all ok, no one was on here yesterday.

I don't bake very often as we are both trying to lose weight :-D. OH never had a weight problem until he retired and now he wants to get back to his usual size.

My distraction is baking and for a while looking on line for something for hubby for Christmas. :-D

There is a lot going on here too but the cards and the 5 wreaths I make for the churchyard distract me from it for a while.

I wish I was that organised but there is a lot of s..t going on here at he moment.

I start making mine at the beginning of November and usually do too many,but to few this time :-D :-D. I am posting them all of tomorrow when we go out

Smarty pants LG I haven't even got mine from the attic yet.

I unwrapped a Christmas present one year and said thank you and kissed my brother in law on the cheek because I knew he did all the shopping for presents and wrapped them while my sister did naff all so I didn't even look at her, she didn't speak to me for quite a while :-D :-D :-D

I can't do these things anymore, LG, so I hope to goodness they don't come up with another meeting. I'll have to wait and see whether they want the 2day board meeting face to face or will do it virtually again in March.

I've just eaten and now sitting with a hot water bottle and it is helping to ease the back pain, but I can barely walk. I was shattered last night but felt more comfortable when I got up this morning, but it didn't take long to upset things once I got to work. All my line manager cared about when she came out of the meeting, was wanting to pack up the spare mince pies to take for four of them to eat on the train on the way home, spare coffee and sugar sachets and bottle of hand sanitiser. She is full of s**t every time she comes and false promises of the help she will give me. :-|

Maz, good to see you posting again. Just take it steady and do what you feel like doing. If the rest doesn't get done, so be it. Just prioritise what is essential to do and leave the rest until you feel up to it <3

I have just completed the two days at the office and am absolutely dead on my feet. AS ever, I was left to do most the setting up and clearing up on my own and I have had to work overtime. My back hurts so much I don't know what to do with myself. I've taken another pain killer and am trying to rest on the sofa while tea cooks. I am getting too old for this game.

It will be an easy day tomorrow. I just need to call in at the office and drop of some equipment and finish the last bits of straightening up then out for Christmas lunch with IT and Finance staff, Only 7 of us so an nice small group, After that I am coming home and doing no work for the rest of the afternoon!
