:-D :-D :-D I do rant and rave and the language is not very pretty :-D :-D

There are a huge amount of drivers that don't even bother indicating when they plan on turning left or right. They suddenly brake without warning to turn and expect you to be able to read their minds. They are also very handy at going into the middle of 3 lanes, two of which are arrowed for right turn only and they turn left or force their way in between two other vehicles. I could have an attack of road rage frequently!!

At least they were not fatals YG, I don't think I would like to use that taxi service.
ZZzzz some drivers don't look beyond their bonnets, I have witnessed one idiot overtaking me as I pulled up to,let a bus through from the opposite direction on a very narrow road. OH had the same happen when he pulled over to let an ambulance get through stupid woman couldn't see blue lights and hear sirens :-|

One of my neiubours was telling me about a conversation between a car driver and bus driver, the car driver bumped into the bus because he didn't see it, erm a big green double decker bus, maybe he needs to go to sp..sav... lol.

I've just been reading on the local notice board that the one up the road near the care home is a taxi driver that has driven into 3 cars, mounted the kerb and finished up in the hedge outside the local Co-op!! No injuries. The one on the main road is much more serious unfortunately, although not fatal as far as we know as the step mother of one of the injured has posted asking people not to speculate as they are waiting for news from the hospital. :-0 :-|

The idiots were out in force on the A1 when we went into town last week,we were glad to get home and away from them :-D

I've noticed that too, LG, but thought perhaps it was just me . I don't do that much mileage but I seem to meet all the morons and idiiots on the road. There are more than enough on a drive to the office and back and that is only2.5 miles each way :-0 :-0

I have found they are worse drivers about since lock down I wonder if they ran out of driving practise :-0.

I know this will sound terrible, but it is so lovely and quiet outside tonight! There has been a bad accident half a mile away on the main road and all traffic has been at a standstill for over 2 hours and there is a huge tailback in several directions. No traffic can get down our road and there is another accident and road closure half a mile up in the other direction. What on earth is wrong with drivers tonight for goodness sake. There was one yesterday morning and another is the same place when a bus hit a car a few days ago!!! The world's gone mad :-0 :-0 :-|

I have not bought any the last couple of years but I had finally run out. I only have one society gift to get for the secret santa .

I've got some up in the loft but always seem to end up buying new every year with matching gift bags for family and I bring out last years to wrap other presents. The only problem is that there aren't really any 'other' of insignificance that I can use it for this year with working remotely!!

Evening YG , I chatted to H earlier and she told me the lists have been started. I have a few adult stocking fillers to buy and the minis stuff then I will be done too. We got the wrapping paper last week but I haven't started wrapping yet

I know, LG, i can't believe it myself!! I think threatening to give them all money spurred them on to give me their ideas early!! I will try the same ploy next year :-D :-D :-D

I'm going to nip to the supermarket one evening or at the weekend and get the wrapping paper and gift bags and start the wrapping . With a bit of luck I will have it all done and dusted before the end of this month and can sit back and relax then instead of stressing out :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

Morning all, my goodness YG, what has come over you you put me to shame :-. Still only 5 gifts sorted and half the cards made here. I am waiting for the mini Gooner's lists before I can get those.

It hasn't been a bad weekend for the weather for a change :-)

I have been a busy girl today, giving the lounge a good bottoming!! That's two rooms done, so depending on the motivation, it will either be the bedroom or the kitchen next weekend.

A bit more of the unmentionable season gifts bought. Just waiting for delivery now. Only R and V left apart from a couple of small bits, I have more or less done for this year. I can't believe that I am so well organised this year!!

I will watch the most important part of it on the tv and then onwards and upwards with some unmentionables!

I don't like Alfie Boe . We prefer our local choir and singers at our local one and of course we can join in :-D

It wasn't as good as previous years. Mainly featured around the 100 year celebration of the British Legion and apart from Alfie Boe, the singers weren't great.

We don't watch it YG but we will both be at the town memorial tomorrow as always.
