I was told many years ago that we don't have periods because the body retains fluid so we don't dehydrate. |

I have swelling in my feet and hands so the fluid retention is playing me up with this heat. It does not look good on the scales usually :-( |

We cleaned the house through early this morning and had a salad for lunch so there was hardly any washing up. I did all the washing as well so that I have a free day tomorrow except for going to WW |
