Our cases seem to have levelled out a bit which is good news. Or at least until all the visitors to the nightclubs catch it :-|

That's good, LG :-) I have only been in a couple of shops today and the staff all had masks on The infection rate here last week shot up from 200 to 600 per 100 000 which is the highest it has ever been, even in the first lockdown :-0 :-0 The council have suspended green bin collections from next Monday due to lack of drivers as they are all off with either Covid or self isolating.

Evening YG, we went to Aldi and all staff had masks and we only saw one old codger without one :-D

I went to B&Q tonight and the staff had masks on. but barely any customers :-| Looking at the crowds in the night clubs last night, watch this space for the next lot of restrictions :-| :-|

It was spelt out plainly at 5 pm don't kick the pants off at it by the team .
So it is down to us all now

It will be the likes of them that will cause another lockdown. :-(

I had a Doctors appointment today and patients were sitting where they shouldn't have and not following the exit signs, the local shop had people unmasked and not social distancing, I didn't go in till they had come out.

We are going to be cautious here too ,
Many are not though sadly .

Evening Maz we went to food shop earlier and wore our masks and kept our distance . We will keep on doing it too as we are not taking any risks.
Off to sort the tea now so I will be back in a while.

It is already 23 here so we are off out to do the shopping in a few before the heat builds up more.

Don't suppose he would appreciate you shaving him or putting him in a bath of cool water would he.

Aw bless him they can't cope with it very well can they.

It is still 25 in my kitchen and I haven't had the cooker on since lunchtime. The poor cat doesn't know what to do with himself either he is really hot so I keep putting ice cubes in his water bowl.

Same here, hot indoors too although not as hot as outside, we had a dragon fly come indoors probably to cool down, anyway we manage to get it on but not in the bird bath, it happily went in and out the water then flew away.
