I find it hard to understand why the girls at my salon don't work extra days to compensate. I can't get a colour until the end of the month, yet they only work 4 days per week and there are only two of them. They don't seem interested in building up the business to encourage a younger clientele so I guess they earn enough to keep them happy. The girl that does my hair is very experienced with fine hair and excellent at cutting. The salon is also very local, so convenient. if it wasn't for that, I would probably go elsewhere.

Evening YG,our hairdresser was working today which they don't normally do. They are extremely busy as they are a small family business and need to make up for lost time

While you were all chilling yesterday, I was polishing, vacuuming, washing tiles down and was shattered by the time I sat down last night. The motivation was high, but not sure whether it will last until next weekend!!

I was too tired to cook the roast dinner, so had that tonight, after going for a walk in the park. The first walk of this year!! We had a heavy frost this morning, but the sun was soon up. it was very chilly though until this afternoon, then it was a beautiful spring day.

I have an appointment at the hairdressers tomorrow lunchtime!! You have to be quick on the uptake I would have gone today if they opened on a Monday :-D :-D

I could not hang on much longer as it really has got out of hand and whn the wind blows I can't see where I am going :-D

I haven't even tried to make an appointment for a hair cut yet, I think in a couple weeks things will have calmed down, it's only down the road anyway.
We go to the next village for shopping if we can't stuff here, they are both better organised than the big supermarkets.

Evening all, I only go into the small town near us if I really have to and it is never crowded anyway.
Oh joy I have an appointment to get my hair cut for 5th May . OH has an appointment for his on Friday as they had a cancellation,lucky b----r :-D

Maz, I'm still not going to town because I reckon the world and his wife will be there and I don't fancy mixing that much.

LG I suggested that to hubby and he said thanks and he will probably do that or find the charity that will take them. :-)

Its been snowing this morning there was a cover of snow in aycliffe today .it melted very quickly afterwards .
We have been busy today the time flies that way ,the buses have been a nightmare to work .shoppers were on the early bus and filling the workers seats ,which is not ideal

LG, what did you two do with spare tools that were ok but you didn't want, hubby has a lot of his own and some inherited which he doesn't want to throw out but doesn't need for himself.

Morning LG, I've just done two days worth of washing up and realised our work top is a pale grey colour lol.
Hubby washed the car and van yesterday and this morning they are covered in snow, it has melted now and the sun is shining.

I enjoy cooking but OH does cook sometimes when the mood takes :-D

Same with me except hubby makes them, I don't do that cooking thing unless I have to.

I won't eat Kebabs unless I make them myself.

Oooo haven't had a kebab for years because that one made me violently sick for a day or two ??
