We might go shopping tomorrow, with all this panic buying etc we have only ever bought what we needed.

Evening everyone :-) Just sitting down to a chicken casserole which is rather late, but i have been a busy girl today. I have a couple of presents to wrap for C#s birthday on Tuesday, but not sure whether they will get done tonight!

I love cheese on toast though

Wehave just eaten, just some cheese on toast as neither of us feel too good. We both have earache and sore throats and can't decide who gave it to the other one :-D :-D :-D

I made a sausage plait it was yummy ,made peas and gravy .i have changed the bed but all washing is hanging up now
I had about 30 mins in the garden long enough to fill the bin I dragged froggy out ,i cut he picked up also got some branches in the bin too as I pay I try to fill it each collection ,i think there are two more goes so not bad .
Mum is still unsteady on her feet ,i think she needs fluids again ,we shall see what happens tomorrow .
I am at work tomorrow and Tuesday ,online lecture tomorrow evening which I am enjoying .

Hello all, we done as little as possible for as long as possible today :-D :-D

Afternoon all, we have had a bit of a lazy day just doing little odd bits and pieces :-D :-D :-D.

I got up at silly o’clock 4 ish read for a while the back to bed, got up proper at 9:00.
We are having braised steak and mash for dinner, that’s our excitement for today.

I had an extra hour in bed ,however was woken by the fur who thought she was hungry and then as i let her out got in a fight she is okay just her pride i suspect she ran in before too much damage .she is moving okay I had a good look at her paws she was licking them but is now asleep on my newly changed bed which she was not happy about either .
Mum is i think okay ,some carers are more assertive than others and she does play up at weekends ,when the staff teams are different .I notice they do not read back to the other notes from each other .
Well lunch is a sausage plait today as the sausage meat needs using up
to top it all the battery in the upstairs smoke alarm is beeping so that will need doing Froggy will help me later to do that .

It must have been a case of what I call' Nigel Mansell,eat your heart out' :-D :-D. I am pleased it went well for her though.

I have things to do tomorrow, LG! A good night's rest should help!! The driving was pretty good once she got used to it. It's quite funny watching them all! Some stall the engine straight away, others have done it before and are a little older so have more experience. R and I laughed our socks off, as she thought the pedals would be sensitive, so when she set off, she had a good skid and churned up the gravel. R was videoing and I said to him ' I bet the instructor is sh***ing herself ' :-D :-D She had a female instructor which she was pleased about and she comes from the same town as us and works as a driving instructor as her full time job, so I think C will choose her when she is old enough to get her provisional licence. R will pay for her to go again over the next couple of years, so she should be quite competent by the time she is ready to drive.

Thank goodness she is ok now, it’s horrible when it’s not just in the next town and you can’t just get on a bus to check on her.
