	Snow is quite normal on the mainland from about November to March,particularly in Catalunia. We have had quite heavy snowfalls in Menorca & are promised more for the weekend. Temperatures in the daytime only around 8c. Who says ex pat pensioners don´t need their winter fuel payments if they live in Spain. It doesn´t start warming up until mid April here. Ann in glouc. Just for you! Very bad flooding in parts of Andalucia & many main roads damaged. Marion

	Two weeks time we fly to Andalucia, is it sweaters and trousers we need rather than shorts?

	I feel sorry for people who have grabbed a quick cheep holiday to get away from the cold temps and snow here, then get it ends up worse where they go. Marion

	Julie I only realised because a) my step mum lives in France and b) friends of ours have put their journey home to the UK off by a few days because of the border restrictions, they also tow a caravan so do not want snow.

	Puss I know it sounds strange but it's what you get used to ..I see people walking around in shorts and freeze at the thought but compared to where they normally live it's warm here.

	Puss it's cold even tho' the sun during the day seems warm ..we have met some low low temps even once going into minus fugures. During the day we are seeing 12-20 deg but high wind factor making it colder. Mary yeah roll on summer...remind me not to complain of heat lol. It has been a cold winter, have you found the same where you are?

	Annie apparently due to the freezing weather and snow they have closed the roads on the Pyrenees which closes the borders to Spain
