I dont have it so perhaps it is GR trying to tell you to make your names simple, no fancy bits. I dont think they allow anybody to do the fancy bits in their names now. I must try to add some to mine, see what happens. |

I had that and wrote to the contact us bit. They said I needed to update my browser. I did but caused other problems, I think I didn't upload the whole lot! Sorted now. But I changed my name and got rid of the sparkly bits as I thought that was the problem. (Tinkerbell) |

Bob I got rid of the unusual characters and it made no difference. Thats why I wrote to GR and they said I needed to update my browser. |
