I wonder if it means Yiewsley - this comes under Uxbridge and there is a birth for a Nellie Halford in Uxbridge April-June 1898 ref 3a 28 |

Ah that is a very good point! I hadn't thought of that, but I know that the family later on were from Yiewsley; so that probably is it! |

Those are all possiblities. However, as far as I am aware, Annie's maiden name was Williams and she only married once... Henry George Hallford (/Halford/Hulford/Holford/Alford!) |
