I've replied to your PM Mel. Thanks for all your help. Would it be possible to email me the images please? Do you know how I can find Jane's first marriage as that will give me her birth surname?
Sorry to hear you're not feeling very well today Frank, hope it clears up soon. Keep warm and look after yourself.
So Thomas is down to just mice now Jane, no more bunnies for him.
It's been pouring with rain for the last few hours, we had to put the lights on before 5.30pm it was that dark. The wind has picked up too.

It sounds as though something is going on with your tooth Ann,even if intermittently. Is it not best to have it checked out just in case you have something going on there. It could take me months or years to find the pic of me and Janice at Kynance .I just know I saw it not too long ago. I think we both had a stick of rock :-D If I find it I will send it to you :-D We had had a weeks farm holiday and Dad and Janice helped a cow birth . It was one of those births where the farmer had to tie a rope around the calf's legs to pull it out. Janice was only 4 then but can remember it very clearly .
I didn't eat the meal Just had the Sausages and Bread and Butter :-D

Thanks Mel, I look forward to seeing them if you can find them again. :-)
Love all the photo's you and Ann have sent. Little Titch is so cute Mel. What a shame about your tree though.
I've got a banging headache and I'm starting with a sore throat so I'm going to take some paracetamol and go to bed now, hopefully a good nights sleep will help. I woke up feeling a bit off colour and now I feel worse.

Morning Frank and all,
Quite bright here this morning and we have some sunshine too which is good after yesterdays day of continual rain.
Gill which are the census you wish me to send you for which family and what years of birth please? I don't know if I will have time today as it took me all day yesterday to send you by message what I did.
We had two very busy squirrels in the back field this morning when I arose and looked out the window. They were busy burying acorns all over oh's grass.

Afternoon all,
The sun has now come out after a very drizzly morning ,we've had Lewis this morning while son and DIL went to some maths morning for Lacey at the school .
Sorry your not feeling top notch Frank ,lets hope the cold soon goes and you feel better soon.
Lovely photos from your holiday Ann, Cornwall is so rugged and the sea so blue not like our sea round here all sandy coloured .
Nice photos too of little Titch Mel ,he'll soon be putting the weight on with you feeding him up. I suppose its now time for the Squirrels to be hiding the acorns ,i keep looking for the squirrel in the churchyard as we usually see one every year on the Oak tree.
We might take some garden rubbish to the tip this afternoon as the suns shining ,you don't feel like going out when its rainy.

Just looked at a bit of Tele. Heston Bloomenthal (sp) THE FAT DUCK. A meal there is £225/265 per person I just booked a table for TEN. LOL LOL. I just don't know anyone can afford those prices.
Haven't received any photo's Mel. :-( :-( :-( Am I not in your good books ??)
Good old nanny Mandy. Always there for the grandchildren. How nice that would be again. !! One of my Grandsons is 24 today (Sarah's son)
Lovely bright sunshine outside. I can just see a plane going over. He is pushing out a nice slipstream. I couldn't guess how far up he is. Going somewhere nice and warm I would guess.
What are you all up to this afternoon.?? I am going to settle on the sofa and have a few zzz and watch a bit of Tele.

We seem to find a big spider every day ,yesterday i saw one in between the glass panels on the door of the oven !! the wriggling black legs just caught my eye and Max grabbed it as it came out .
Yes Frank we like to help out with the grandchildren when we can ,before you know it they will be all grown up . We watch the planes soaring and leaving white trails when we sit and have our breakfast, one morning we counted eight going over ,we often have quite big ones going into Norwich International you see the wheels come down some times.

Afternoon all
Bright and sunny here, just done some dead heading, the plan was to have a cuppa outside, but you all know me, I had to do something in the garden LOL I've moved a few pots around as I think they need the sun and where they were only gets the evening sun, so hopefully the new flowers will open up where they are now. Rosie came for some nuts, she doesn't come round as much now and often leaves some of the nuts, as she has done today. I've left them out there incase she comes back for them, if she doesn't then I'll clear them away as I saw a rat the other week which I don't want to encourage. The cheeky rat bitten through some of my screening to get into the garden, it was a perfect round hole. I've repaired it now, but for how long it will stay that way is anyone's guess.
Sorry to hear you're still feeling unwell Frank. Hope you start to feel better soon. Happy birthday to your grandson.
I PM'd you Mel yesterday about the images, let me know if you didn't get the message. OH is having kittens with all the info you found, he said to say thank you. It's really taking his mind off his brother, so I'm really grateful of all your help.
I took another look at the info you sent and it looks like James might of married two Jane's as the first one died in 1893 and he married the second one in 1898. I worked out who his second wife was as she was married before, her maiden name was Jane Walker, but I haven't found his first wife so don't know that Jane's maiden name, she would be James William Hulse's mum, the James that was born in 1877. It also looks like he had another child with his second wife, a daughter called Ethel Noden Hulse, so I'll look into her as some point too. She was written as Esther Hulse on the census so it took me a while to find her birth record. She was born in Northwich in 1899 a year after James married Jane Noden nee Walker.
I'll take another look at OH's tree now and try and find James's first wife Jane ???? then I can enter them onto his tree. They would be OH's 2x great grandparents.

Same with us Mandy, with Birmingham and Luton not being very far from us, but mainly B'Ham.You can often hear the engine when they thrust the engines as they approach the airport. On the odd occasion you think they are going to land in the garden, when they come in too low. Our friend John use to fly into Birmingham every week and he would pick out his house as they flew over the village. How the devil did a spider get between the door glass in the oven. ?? you should have roasted it. Max might of liked it cooked LOL LOL
Spiders everywhere. Ros is always sucking up those thin legged ones that are almost transparent. They seem to get in the cupboard where we keep the Ironing board and Dyson. Not been able to ride any this week LOL LOL
Still a nice afternoon out. I would love to go and sit outside but Madam told me to stay in doors and keep warm. So I had better do as I m told. ;-) ;-) ;-)
Turkey stir fry this evening. I have chopped up the Turkey and added Soy Sauce and Garlic. Ros will sort the rest out later, not that I feel hungry. :-( :-( :-(

Afternoon All
Just back from the hairdressers . Nigel pursuaded me to let my hair just be natural as it has gone so curly. He just scrunched it and used a diffuser rather than the hairdrier and brush. So am look all curly wee now. I m not at all sure I really like it as so it may well be back to straight again tomorrow LOL. I keep looking in the mirror and thinking I don't look like me :-S
It is so warm today I have been so hot and after doing some hoovering and cleaning the bathroom floor I am all sticky and sweaty so I have downed tools for today . Everywhere I look I can see those blasted little Harvester type spiders hanging in every corner of the ceiling. The cobweb brush will be out again in the morning.
Frank, I would have thought sitting out in the sun and fresh air would have been good for you rather than sitting in doors all day. I hope you don't pass this horrible cold on to Ros as she usually ends up with a terrible cough doesn't she.
We get quite a few planes flying over here at times. I have no idea where they come from or where they are going to. Sometimes the smaller ones are from Sywell. The same as the Hang Glider things (the ones with engines). I can't think what the right name for them is. Chris will probably be having an early night tonight after doing all he has been doing in the garden today and also he has to be up really early to take his car into the garage in Northampton . Some light keeps coming on to do with emissions . This has happened before and he thought it was sorted. It is a fault somehwere .
Ready meals for us tonight :-DThat suits me fine :-D :-D I will have my chefs hat on again tomorrow and Saturday when H&G are here. James is going to Jess tomorrow night. So it is one out and 2 in. Plenty of wine and Beers in :-D
I need to refill the window feeder again as the birds are squabbling over the last few remaining bits.

Evening All,
Young Max seems to like the taste or feel of the spiders Mandy! lol. We had our first big black one in the bedroom last night, so I got the cobweb brush out as it was on the ceiling.
Gill, fancy the rat chewing a hole in your fence. Will you be putting some bait down for it now as you don't want it making new holes as fast as you repair them.
We have a problem!! When OH put some washing out he said a browny coloured cat he hadn't seen before shot out of the greenhouse and disappeared behind the shed. A little while later he went up the garden again and it was back in the greenhouse and shot out again. I went up the garden and called it and it started miaowing and came up to me. I stroked it and was horrified as the long fur, which was matted, was hiding how thin the poor thing was. You could feel every vertebra along it's spine and OH said he could feel it's ribs. We gave it some milk which it barely touched and went inside while we tried to work out where it might be from. Anyway, for over 4 hours it prowled around the outside of the bungalow from front to back , continuously miaowing. It went back in the greenhouse for a while then, but has been back out miaowing since a few times. It's probably back in the greenhouse asleep now. If it's around tomorrow we'll have to ring some of the rescue places to see if they can take it and lend us a basket to take it in. I think it would come inside without much encouragement and we could hopefully with leather gloves on get it into the basket! Otherwise my friend, who's out tomorrow, said we could borrow her basket on Saturday and she'd come and help!!
Jane, when OH set off to go to a match tonight he had a light come on that means his emissions fluid needs a top up!! I didn't realise your hair is naturally curly. It must feel strange after being used to it being straight.

OH Ann !!!! What a worry with Puss. I wonder where it has come from. It sounds very neglected with being so thin and matted. Poor thing. Maybe it thinks it has found it's forever home :-) If you can it might be better to get a pack of dried cat food and put a little dish in the greenhouse for it with a dish of water until you can get someone to come for it. You know you want a cat :-D :-D. Why do things like this happen ? It is just like when Thomas appeared here.Skinny and starving :-( Now look at him LOLOL

Oh Ann don't say that about spiders in the bedroom !! all the spiders we've had have been down stairs ,now i'll be looking for them up stairs :-D
Frank the spider had got in between because the door has two panels of glass with a gap between the two panels at the bottom so i can be cleaned .
Oh Ann poor little puss ,had you left the green house door open slightly while you were away ? he/ she might have come in as it was quiet with no one about , i hope he gets some help poor little thing ,have you got any pilchards or tuna you could feed him ? being so thin and with matted fur it sounds as if he's been homeless for a while . :-(

It might have been in the garden while we were away as we did leave the door half open. We have been in and out of the garden a lot and in the greenhouse watering and picking the toms since we got back, but perhaps it vanished before we spotted it each time. I've told OH to give it a bit of the salmon I cooked tonight in the morning if it turns up, then we can hopefully tempt it into the basket later with more! We have some sardines in the cupboard so could always try those Mandy. It has water and the milk I left out for it, but we'd sooner it find it's way home if it has one. I did wonder if it is old, being so thin, and perhaps with dementia with all the miaowing. It would explain why it could be lost. OH said he'd never had a cat behave like that. My friend also said to check we don't have kittens nearby under the shed!!!!! OH will be in charge of it and ringing around in the morning as I shall be at my friend's house beading! I do feel sorry for it as it's persistent miaows are quite pitiful.

Its raining here now after a lovely sunny day. I have done so much HW today, loads of ironing and three lots of washing all out on the line and dried and I even ironed some of that. Hoovered right through and cleaned the bathroom and little loo.
Cleaned out Little Pong (Titch) and weighed him and he is now 10 ozs. He even unrolls himself now when I put him in the scales so I can't leave him there as he's be over the side in no time.
I wonder why Frank is'nt getting my pictures? Frank did you get back the picture of your dad I enhanced?
GILL I have sent you all that info on a message. Have you looked at your messages please?
