Ann ,I always remember a friend of my Mum saying if you slept with too many pillows you got a double chin lol.I have 2 pillows ,and do like you have one overlapping the other. So one is under my neck and my head on the top one.I am always waking in the night to turn them over to get the cool sides, then plump them into the right shapes lol.Kicking off the Duvet ,hanging my feet out the side to cool them off, then dragging the Duvet back on again.I have such a hectic time at night, and all for the wrong reasons lol.No wonder Chris keeps telling me to go and sleep in the spare bed !.I say why can't he???? Enjoy the film this afternoon.

Hi All,
Good to see you posting Frank. I am with Ros on this........surprised they didn't get you checked out straightaway. Hope all goes well tomorrow and that you will soon be your old self again. No misbehaving and do as Ros says won't you!!!! xxxxxxx. Kim, if I ask my OH for a kiss on the cheek.........he asks which ones!!!! lol
That jacket was a good bargain Jane. I have had to fling the bedroom window open again the past few nights as it seems to get so hot. Soon I'll be sleeping with just a sheet over me. Our Sai*burys was heaving this morning and a little kid pulled over one of the tall advertising hoardings over with such force it whacked me hard in the face. The mother never even said sorry!!
That was the good thing about having a caravan. You get used to the bed and have your own pillows! I rarely sleep well elswhere and have a memory foam mattress too Fiona. I haven't tried the memory foam pillows though. When I was young I slept with NO pillow for a few years. Now I have 2 thin ones but have 1 half overlapping the other so it is a gradual slope!! lol OH perches himself on 3 thick pillows.......don't know how he sleeps. lol
Kim, sounds like a plumbers job with the drain. I often have dreams about drains blocking or collapsing into big sewer sytems underfoot that I don't know about, with the flow out of control!! OH says I'm weird!!
We are having the Toad in the Hole OH wanted today. Then later we are off to see a film. I think it's called Cedar Rapids.

Had lunch and think I may do some ironing this afternoon. I have piles of the stuff as while it was dry I just kept washing and bringing it in and dumping it on the linen dumper. Yes I use one of those plastic dumper bins that I use in the garden for the washing too. They are really great.

Hello from a very wet Yorkshire. It has been raining since we woke this morning and you can see the plants growing!! Hubby got back yesterday after a very good fortnight in France. He has had good weather and the clients all enjoyed themselves( he thinks). Thankfully the trains on the East Coast mainline and the underground were working normally and he got home from Heathrow within 4 hours. I am trying to dry his washing now but it is living out in the conservatory due to the rain. My neighbour is off to Crete tomorrow and she has had last minute washing out in her garden but it is just getting wetter and wetter. She has now taken it in and I expect the dryer is working overtime. Frank SO pleased that you are feeling a little better today but just rest until tomorrow. Do you have an out of hours call out system for the Dr? as NHS direct can only give advice.
Kim Hubby works for a company called Naturetrek and leads Wildlife holidays mainly in Europe although the company visit the whole world. Have a look at their website. This is his busy time of the year for bird watching and butterfies which are his speciality. He is retired really but loves the opportunity of sharing his hobby with other people. I have never minded his travelling as I am not as mobile as I once was and cannot go to some of these places ( especially climbing in the mountains). I have lots of interests and friends and, with the family, am kept fairly busy whilst he is away It's pouring now typical BH weather. Fiona So glad to hear that your daughter is well enough to go to work even though a little battered and bruised. Finally HAPPY ANNIVERSARY JANE and CHRIS :D :D

Hi All,
So glad we have heard from you Frank, you know we all worry so much about you. Am sending you positive thoughts, kisses and a (((((((hug))))))). Behave!! and do as you are told.
Dryish here today. Still not done anything except try to help someone with her family. We can't for the life of us find any info on her before her marriage and nobody with her surname on the census at all. The person has her mariage cert and one of her daughters birth certs and the name looks the same on each.
Told OH to put the bins out today to which he told me it was a Bank Holiday, gaud I had forgotten as every day seems the same to me. With going shopping on different days I never know what day it is. If I go on a Monday that starts the week off ok but when I go on another day I always think the next day is Tursday!!!!!!! I certainly am getting OLD!!!!!!
Fiona yur daughter is very brave to go into work with two black eyes! I wish her better soon.
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY JANE AND CHRIS

Hi Frank , Glad your ok to join us. I think I would be like Ros , I would have liked OH to have had medical attention before now.
JANE. daughter says she looks a bit like a panda, but I think that's a bit of an exaggeration lol, But young girls theses days , looks are important and I suppose when you are working in the public view you need to look your best, I said to her you are VERY (that was not the word I actually used I'm being polite on here) lucky you can go to work at all after what happened to you. She is still high as a kite chatter chatter all the time, I think that is her way of coping with the shock,
Got the washing in the machine , hopefully going to chance it outside on the line.
BBL quotation no 37 <3 If anything lucky happens to you, don't forget to tell your friends in order to annoy them. <3

I am up and about this morning. Thanks for all the good wished.
Saturday evening i rang in the order to the Indian. Put the phone down and went into a body spasm, shook all over and couldn't keep a limb still. I just wanted to get out of the house into the freesh air. I pulled myseft to the front door and reached Ros's car to lean on. My youg neighbour came out to his bin and saw me. He came round and stood with me, and stopped me falling over. Bought me back in doors. Ros rang 999 thinking I had another stroke. They kept her on the phone for sometime, then said they would get NHS direst to call within the hour. TWO HOURS later they rang talked again for about half an hour. Told her to get me to bed,and leave me there with lots of liquid and make sure I only has loose cloths on. I stay inbed from 9.00pm till 5.00 pm yesterday. I have to go and see my own doctor tuesday morning. I must admit I don't fel on top of the world. What with the shakes and less use of my right hand and arm. I am also getting double vision.Apart from that I am as fit as the "BUTCHERS DOG" Ros has been very worried thinking I should have been taken to hospital, and not left all weekend.
Still in dressing gown, will get a shower and swtay as I am. I can soon pop back into bed if I feel like it.
See you all soon.

Evening Kim Morning Jane
It's dry at the moment here, we have had a small shower and it still windy but not as wild as before. need to do bed sheets, put keep putting them off because of the threatening rain.
Daughter no 2 has gone back to work this morning with 2 black eyes hidden under make up but you can still see the bruises, I said I hoped no one in the shop thinks she's been abused. She lost her glasses in the accident , they must have knocked her eyes when the car somersaulted, Luckily she had an eye test 2 weeks ago and have had new glasses ordered, there due in sometime this week .
OH left this morning for the 12.30pm flight from Edinburgh to Germany. due back on Wednesday. great bed to myself again tonight.
coffee time BBL
Quotation no 36 <36 I keep my friends as misers do their treasure, because, of all the things granted us by wisdom, none is greater or better than friendship. <3

Morning Kim and everyone. I hope you get that plumbing problem sorted !.It is one of my worst nightmares, blocked pipes, leaks ,floods.Chris doesn't do plumbing lol.He has had too many disasters in the past.
Frank I do hope you are feeling better this morning and that you are able to get that arm moving now.I bet Ros will be keeping her eye on you to make sure you don't get up to any mischief .
It is so dark this morning with some drizzle.I had a terrible nights sleep, keep waking up with the sweats.Poor Chris was getting really cheesed off with me.
Kim that Italian Chicken was delicious.I got it at a great Butchers and Deli. They make up some really tasty things.I think the chicken was stuffed with a pesto or herb butter and the outside was covered in all sorts of herbs.
Anne I bet you are pleased to have your OH back.I hope it was a successful trip.
Right I need to get movin' and groovin'.........BBL

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :-( Just lost another post. Will start again!!!!!!
Hello everyone, yes I did enjoy my time out yesterday and it was very funny looking back. Keith is definitely better at driving a car than pushing me around. I ended up using hand signals for L and R - comedy capers, haha.
Frank my thoughts are with you and Ros. I hope the doctor gives you a thorough check and the all clear. Until then, get lots of rest. I will stop the emails until you are feeling more chipper; don't won't to overload the inbox. Take good care.
What a day it has been - so much rain and the pool yard flooded. OH was out there in the wet-weather gear trying to unblock the drain. Something is stuck in the pipe between the pavers and the roadway. It always happens now - time for the plumber to investigate I think!!!!
Mandy love roast beef and Yorkshire pud, I can't come at horseradish, no way. My dad always loved it.
Anne what work does your husband do that he has to travel so much? Does he have to go all over the world or around Europe and Britain?
Jane how was the Spanish/Italian? chicken and sauteed potatoes ummmmm, but I love toasted cheese sandwiches too with a bit of Paprika sprinkled on top.
Hubby has to go out tonight to see a client in Terrigal and Joel will be off to his guitar lesson when he gets back from TAFE. I don't like it when they are out on the roads in this weather. Another nice place for you all to Google - Terrigal. Lots of nice restaurants and accommodation, with brilliant ocean views.
Maureen loved the firemen joke - keep them coming.
Hi to Annx, Fiona, Mel, David and Shirl when she gets on here again.
Off to watch the news now. Have a good day 5.30 pm EST.

I'm off to bed, I know it's early but I didn't sleep too well last night, never do when not in my own bed. It's not the bed, it's the pillows, I meant to take mine with me to daughters but was rushing and forgot them. So night night all, hope you have a restful night Frank and are feeling better tomorrow. We do worry about you.
