Yes, a tummy tuck!!

It would depend on whether or not I was disfigured or not.

I don't believe in elective cosmetic surgery because it does not deal with the psychological problems and ability to accept yourself for who you are and self esteem issues.

I find it incredibly sad that young people are having elective cosmetic surgery, Botox, fillers etc... all because the media are dictating a perception of the body beautiful.

However, if there is a clinical need for cosmetic surgery due to disfigurement then yes I would have cosmetic surgery.

I would go for a Blepharoplasty to 'lift' my eyelids. They sag right down to my eyelashes.

Is there anything worse than looking at yourself on a video? Well, I just did and it was HORRENDOUS. Fat a**e or what! I thought my tum was alright too, but there it was hanging over my trousers when I didn't know anyone was looking, legs like bl**dy treetrunks too! If I went for anything though, it would be Patricia's Blephorwotnot on my eyelids - mine are definitely starting to look like my Nana's did - drooping so much, I can hardly see. Having a tan used to help, but it doesn't anymore - it just accentuates all the saggy bits - boohoo. I hate myself and my voice on video and it must be true because everyone else looks normal. %3A-%28((

Definitely. I'd be the ultimate footaller's wife.

There'd be a whole lot less of me than there is now.

Another thought, I would like some cosmetic dentistry that you cant get on the NHS. White fillings only allowed on front teeth, things like that. Not particularly whiteness, as I dont like the look of them in an old face.
