I have to reply YES in capital letters to Orange to get a better signal but I don't know how to type capital letters for the word YES.
Can anyone help please?

Hello Betty.......depends on the make of phone l think...but on my Nokia l double click on * its also got an arrow in the same pad, if l click once it changes to numerals, just mess about with the pads. What do you do if you want a capital letter anyways??

I have a Nokia - you press the # sign bottom right and then type as usual (had it for months, just discovered this five minutes ago!)

Sorry about this but I am no good with mobiles just manage to textt and no more. I don't have the star and the arrow like jude has on my Nokie phone I have a star and a plus sign * +

Betty, I had to do that the other day with my tmobile phone, so we are linked now I think lol

I often have to call my son and ask him what I have to do, he bought me the phone and knows most of all there is to know, I am a real dumbo with mine

Can't say the signal has improved much here but always have a problem in this house, have to stand outside or in the greenhouse or sit on the loo for the best reception/signal lol

Press Righthand bottom key once. and twice to resume to normal.I,ve got a Nokia Xpressmusic,thats how it works on that.**M**.

Thanks Betty for asking this question. I've always wondered how to do capital letters on my phone! Thanks to everyone who helped Betty, as you have also helped me too. I can now do capital letters when I text. It's amazing what you can find out on here. :-)
