Copied this sometime ago. Most of you will have heard part of it, but thought it might make a nice read for a Sunday morning.

There was once a woman who woke up one morning and notived she had only three hairs on her head. "Well"" she said,"I think I'll braid my hair today". She did and had a wonderful day.

Thge next day she woke up and looked in the mirror and saw she only had two hairs on her head. "Hmm" she said, "I think I'll part it down the middle today". So she did and enjoyed her day.

The next morning she noticed that there were no hairs on her head. "Ah well, I don't have to do my hair today" she declared.

Attitude is everything. Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle. Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly.

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...... it's about dancing in the rain.

Happy days

This kind of sums up how it is with my dad. He came home after his stroke telling me he couldn't because he only had one hand, and don't you see a lot of stroke victims who adhere to this school of thought.
I told him he could because he still had one hand.

Harry, that is the first time it has occurred to me that it might be difficult. It is not,it is challenging and a chance to learn and solve problems and, let's be honest, bully the old bugger!
All the difficult bits are taken care of.Others dress him and dung him out.He can swallow again and talk.Yes he gets his mucking firds wuddled but we know what he means, usually.
No,Harry,it is truly not difficult. It just takes a bit of organizing, like the coronation really!
