put a cotton bud or needle in the hole of the conditioner compartment , conditioner really blocks that hole up . good luck |

dont know about yours, but the hotpoint tray depends on the small siphon tube being absoloutely clear |

I have this machine and have never had this problem. Drawer doesnt clean particularly well. Have you taken the drawer out again and then put it back? a minute difference in position can be a problem. Dont think the manual would help, but will look for mine if you think it would, not today though. |

We had a similar type of problem with our washing machine a few years back but it was already well out of its warrantly time. Friendly repair man told us not to worry, just to put the washing tablets, or whatever, straight in the drum - we have been doing this ever since with no probs and the machine is still going strong. |
