Morning Jean you gave me a good laugh when I read the above.
Hopefully I will get the same, would love to get both done in that
short space of time, but won't hold my breath, they appear to do
one this year and next year for the other in my neck of the woods.
Am looking forward to having a walk along our beach and forests.
Who knows I may get into jiving again but will start off slowly with
Merlin and the Hokey Kokey. LOLx

My brother had both knees done in a six month period, and at the age of 71, shortly afterwards he and his wife climbed the Blorenge, a mountain near abergavenny. he is still doing the occasional demonstration at their rock and roll club. Makes me spit! I cant do it because my back gives me trouble, but I was the one who taught him how to dance before he was 12!

Emma, I hope they get you sorted quickly, I am sure it is no fun being incapacitated and having to wait so long.

I miss forest walks and hill climbing(small ones)
Mind I will have to loose some weight before I think
of trying a hill.

Hi Emma,

I hope they sort out you knee and hip problems very soon.

I have had a hip replacement, and it was well worth having to wait for it.

Good luck and hope everything turns out great for you.

Foggy xx

As some of you know it's been 6months since I
was referred to see surgeon for knee replacement.
I see him next Monday and hope I don't have to wait
another 6 months for op. To date both knees and
left hip are a problem and use wheelchair to get
about. So will let you know the outcome of visit next
week.
