First step should be to see a doctor who can advise on antibiotic eye drops and a cleansing routine I would think and check if there is an underlying cause for the fragility of the skin.

Had the man not seen his gp about this?

i would imagine or hope he has, i will see him again saturday , i couldnt believe how sore they were, i will ask him to see if he has seen a doc, but dont think i know him well enough to ask what it is, hence asking on here.

there was a elderly lady around 20 yrs ago, her eye lids were out turned on the bottom lids, these poor people xxx
