Well Mau was right it has been a better day today. Went for a long walk with young dog (Missie) in the glorious sun. Got home and lo and behold a phone call from school could I work at lunchtime ( it's my day off) grabbed the excuse not to do housework and to earn £7 + for an hours work, money for mi next holiday in Italy.Got to work at 11.40 and was called into the head mistress' room. I thought it maybe my review as I'm over 70 and have one every year. However, I was asked if I would like 3 extra hours work per week supervising a young girl with big problems. Way hay, of course I would. So I have not been gradually moved out but have been given more work. God has it boosted my confidence, I feel great, I am still needed.
As for mistake last night, I will appologise to t'other gen for slip of finger. When i took dog out at 10.30 last night I was walking like a drunk, not Baileys but sheer tiredness. Slept well though. :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D + <3 to you all.

Glad to hear you feel better today. Congrats for the extra hours. I work several hours a week with "special" young people, it's hard work but very rewarding! They're usually better behaved than the "normal" students I work with the rest of the time.

I love working with the kids. I ran a wildlife group and gardening group and always got the kiddies with problems in class, they were great. Elaine. :-D :-D can't stop smiling

Italian holiday 31st March, Rome, Florence and Assisi can't wait, will be able to wear clothes not layers of ski underwear Sweaters, thick trousers and walking boots which you can never remove all the mud from, I can wear mi nice shoes. Night all, time for Missies walkies. Elaine. <3 :-D
