You have made me feel guilty Lorraine so this is what I have when in a hurry, small tin tuna, small tin sweet corn, chopped cucumber, tomato, gherkins, peppers, with lots of low cal mayo.

I made a soup yesterday with a packet of sweet potato and butternut squash ( a bit lazy to buy the packet but it was a sell by date and cost 70p)
I put a cellery stick, a veg stock made to a pint, and onion and half teaspoon mild curry powder. Boil till veg is tender and then blitz with blender. It was yummy and there was enough for two days. It was a bit thick so I thined it down with a bit of boiling water.

It was quick and easy to make.
