Morning All, I saw an athlete running for some sort of record last night, on the telly, and he definitely wasn't 'in the box'. He most certainly put Linford Christie to shame.

Wend, Morning, the OH had recorded it during the day. He started to play it as I was just taking my 'nightcap' up to bed for read. My eyes were on stalks. He was one of our Commonwealth contestants I have never seen such movement, and I don't mean his running legs. LOLOL
