Had our phone bill today, calls £1.49. with line rental vat etc £91.80 !!!!!!!

My bill is roughly £50 per month, thats for phone/internet/and
tv package.
The only calls I get charged for would be 0845 numbers.

Mine should be no more than £32 per month for internet, tv, rental and calls. However, I keep forgetting to either end the call or ring back when my hours up. I hate stopping in mid chat.

I can only assume that the rental is for 6 months. So if so thats very good.

McB Have you reveiwed your agreement with your tele company. ie How many 'extras' do you pay for and not use? ie Answering service etc etc Have you asked them why so costly? Presume it incls your internet service tho?

But its free for the 1st hour so I just have to keep talking. Only trouble is Ronald I forget to stop. It would take me 3 minutes to get comfortable on the chair.

It's a business line but no longer run my business from home, bt will not revert it back to residentual, includes caller display & no internet, most calls are free hence the calls charges of £1.49

Our phone bill with BT has been around £90 a quarter for years.
