Im not sure what she has done but very site i go into the https:// has gone to be replaces but what looks like a piece of paper that's turn on the top right hand corner

Also i have tried to run a full Norton scan since i noticed the above & it won't do it

Now i know nothing about PC so please if you can help easy speak would be lovely :-D

??? has she resized the screen or changed the browser look........try F11 the torn bit of paper is a browser compatibility tab has she clicked something on that. Julie ?~~~~

you can always try system restore tool,

programes,,,,accessories click system restore to yesterdays setting...

Ok have just fired up my Sons Lap Top and he has the same thing & he hasn't been on here for quite a few days so think iyt might be a new chrome thing
