Somebody has given me an old Jocasta Innes cookery book which has inspired me, no less, to have a go at making blackberry ice-cream.

If it is successful, I thought I might get one of those ice-cream tricycles converted for the wheelchair and ,maybe, get him a pitch down the beach for when he is not out picking more blackberries, washing up,doing the washing....................
