People's Friend of 13 October - and my problem is I was going to send for a free sample of NZ green mussel gel which is supposed to help arthritis. If some one has a copy can they send me name and address please in a PM? Think the name began with 'p'.

You can buy it at Health food stores..

I buy Optima Musseltone Green Lipped Mussel Extract with Glucosamine.

125ml tube for £7-99 and you only need a liitle bit and rub in wel..
Works for me and takes most of the paiin away.

It was just that free samples were offered and knowing my son as I do, did not wish to buy another treatment when there was the chance to try it out first. I have heard it is good.

Didn't know they made a gel.

I took Green Lipped Mussell capsules for over three months, they made no difference at all.

If I can't find the gel I'll ask my Kiwi cousins :-)

Yes Liz, I'll try that - and Scozz - have been told that the gel is very good and appears to work.

Problem solved - rang friend in Scotland and she still had her copy so gave me the details

Let us know whether you get the samples and if the stuff works, please Chris. My knees are getting really painful now, osteo arthritis and waiting for an xray date as my hip is playing up now as well.

it works well on my fingers ,i rub it in every night ,and it takes the pain away , and i can get a good nights sleep.. iris :-D
