I would like to thak all those who sent me messages Of support when I had my accident. They were duly conveyed by Jude and were received with pleasure. I am now home and trying to catch up with everything. Jude and Vic have been amazing with their time and help. They are eveything you could want in friends. I hope that no noe else has been unwell, or if they have, they will soon recover.

I have been getting ready for bed around 7pm so that I can retire when I have had enough. Have done more today and I have sorted a lot of paperwork, so I am quite pleased.

Take things steady Jean - housework and such will wait, while you get lots stronger, Thanks to Jude and Vic for helping you out, great to have good friends like that but I wouldn't expect any less from our Jude.

Take care,

Hello Jean....great to see you posting again:)

Jean is very conscious of what she can and can't do but is a very gutsy lady who will take one step further when ever there is a chance, she also knows when to take a step back...........we both admire Jean & Phil greatly, love their tales of the past and their old fashioned ways.
l was looking at Jeans nursing notes yesterday, from when she trained as a nurse, some 57 plus years ago, amazing!!!!

Take care Jean & Phil:)

Great to see that you are fit enough to get back to the (General Chat) Board, Jean.

I hope that you continue to make progress.
Good idea getting ready early. Have sometimes done that myself. (or had the grandsons do it when they stay with me).

Then, as you say, if you suddenly get very tired, you just have to get into bed and sleep.

Hi too to Jude and Vic, you musn't overdo it either.

Take care of yourselves, all of you,

Tess
