I think the problem is she has not actually opened the thread - I've explained to her how to do it but not heard back

Julie at the bottom of this page is "Add Your Reply", slightly to the right of that and underneath is word "Post" with quite a large box to right of it.

Put your cursor in the box, left click and then key in your reply.

At the bottom of page are 2 boxes "Preview" and "Submit" . Single left click on the "Submit" box and your reply will disappear and will then appear on the thread.

It could well be that they have spelt "age" wrong.
