Tried to contact Phil via support but was e mailed by them to contact him via a link they gave me. This turned out to be as if I had him as a hot match and was a request to view his tree. The message timed out once so I did it again, changing the tree request for a normal message. What a strange way to go about things. Anyone else experienced this convoluted method of approaching somebody on here :-S :-S

Ann, Phil sent me a pm a while back and I was able to reply in the same way as if I was having a chat via pm with another member,
The link given to you is probably more direct than going through 'support' etc,

Go to the announcements board Ann, Phil has posted on P1, you can send him a pm.

Thanks Island I will wait until tomorrow and see if he responds to the first one. It has appeared in my sent messages so maybe it will work.

It wasn't there on Tuesday when I went to look for it, others looked too and couldn't find it. I can't remember when I last looked at it last week I think.

Sorry your thread has gone Ann...as you know my thread disappeared for a few days...Phil was very helpful in reteiving it back ...hopefully tomorrow it will be back where it belongs.....

Thank you Joy, yes Phil found it in the deleted threads and said this happening was the bane of his and Estelles existence. They would so like to solve the problem. :-)
