No argument from me either.......there is such a thing as responsibility for your own actions..about time this guy learnt that.

Totally agree with all of the above, there cannot be a phone user who isn't aware of the expense of premium rate calls and the con they are.

Vodaphone have knocked a chunk off the bill as compensation for not stopping him sooner, despite the fact he used another sim after receiving the first massive bill.

He appears to have little luck with the women in his life either real or paid for.

what a plonker!!

I read the article earlier and just thought what an idiot too. Why should he expect Vodaphone to do anything more to help him, why didn't he stop using the lines when he realised the first bill was high?

He's getting a huge amount knocked off already, he should thank his lucky stars they didn't make him pay the full bill.

Plonker!

Total idiot, apart from being naive about the girls he was calling i'm sure Vodafone issue a warning detailing the price per minute when you ring a premium rate number,

I'm not surprised his girlfriend split up with him

Glad to see I'm not the only one thinking that way.

To continue after receiving the first bill then getting a new sim after they cut him off. What did he expect? To keep calling the premium rate line and not be charged.

Well, what a self-pitying rant that was.

He's a grown up and should accept responsibiiy for his stupidity.

What a total idiot he is,Fancy ordering another sim card when he got the £29,000 bill instead of ringing Vodaphone to sort out the prblem.

Well Hope he can pay it.
I think Vodaphone should bar every phone he gets in the future.

Too much of people blaming others for their irresponsible actions.

Should be made to pay in full.

Maybe I'm being harsh but I don't have any sympathy for this man whatsoever. I think he should take responsibility for his own actions instead of blaming Vodafone.

I came across this on another site. which linked to the article.
