Hi Dizzi, sorry you are having trouble sleeping ,last year i went through a long period of not sleeping and a friend said put a vase of fresh picked lavender by your bed,not in water,,well first night i went to sleep and had the best nights kip in months, thought it might be physcological but from then on no problems,i renew it when fresh blooms come into season. |

Dizzi, I can sympathize with you as I have times when I feel exhausted in my body but my mind doesn't want to switch off. I have found that laying down and reading a book does eventually relax me so I nod off...... give it a try and I really hope it works to break the no-sleep-cycle and gets you back into a normal sleep pattern once again. |
