I would think that if Roy has paid for his anti virus software he would probably want to continue using it until the licence expires - "Norman" may not be your favourite and it is not mine either but it does actually do quite a good job. |

Unfortunately there has been an epidemic of poorly written security suites charging good money for poor performance and worse - Ad Aware free comes with built in malware. Others as you have said are much worse than poor Norman. |

Errol, I first used it in 2003 when i got a Fujitsu PC It came with 1 years free Norman and just liked it, Before that I used lavasoft Ad Aware as recommended by a friend who was a computer engineer but never got on with it. |

If you use Chrome you'll get cookies & ads........... I can't explain it because I'm not a techy........ guru said the bugs come in via the side door. |
