We have all forgotten birthday of most important poster (well, one of most important as I don't want to upset anybody).

Have a lovely 21st or whatever it is, Carol (think you may be 40 and a bit same as me). And it is Dizzi's fault we all forgot ;-)

Everybody forgot my birthday. Only had one card, and that was from the cat :-( :-( :-(

i am a bit peeved !! it was our daughters birthday on Sunday and i sent her card on Wed when we were out shopping . Took it into the post office cos wasnt sure of the postage as it was a slightly bigger card . Was told its OK for a 1st class stamp.

She got a card through the door saying there was a letter for her to be picked up with a £1 surcharge etc as insufficient postage!!

We were talking on Friday and she said she hadnt got a card from us so it must be our one. Told her NOT to pay to get it . I did send her some flowers that she got OK on Saturday and talking to her on Sunday no card from us . Am bloody annoyed at the different criteria each PO branch uses .Cost me £3.50 plus postage did that card but she shouldnt have to pay to get it .

I sent her a 123 greetings card over the internet to make up for it

Stiil annoyed :-P :-P :-P :-P :-(

Thank you all for your good wishes.

I have had a lovely day with my family & only just got back on-line.

I would happily have missed out on this one ;-)
One old school friend sent me the following message first thing this morning:

"Just to say Happy Birthday to my OLD friend who will be 65 next year, bless her heart"

We were in the same class, but I was oldest & she was one of the youngest :-P

I had the last laugh though, she could not retire on her 60th like me & had to work an extra couple of months :-D
