Dear All

Hello

Hope you are okay.

If you are wondering why people are acting more crazier than normal or
just plain crazy, then worry no more.

Yes, its thats spectacular time of the month....................the full moon is in the astrological sign of pisces.

Many will feel more fragile, physically and emotionally.

If possible, try to slow down the pace a little and get more rest.

This full moon is also known as the Harvest moon with the emphasis
on gathering in food and material goods to get through
the autumn and winter months.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
During the next couple of weeks, start doing any practical jobs in your home to make you feel safe and secure. Don't be too proud to ask for help if needed.

Set yourself a small task each day to do, don't panic and try to do everything
at once.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Each week on your shopping list, include a couple of extra items such as
tins of food, batteries, light bulbs, household items, etc so you won't worry
if you can't get to the shops because of bad weather or travel distruptions.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Don't fret over past mistakes. Make your peace with the past.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Its natural as the nights draw in to feel a bit unsettled but try to work
with nature instead of against it.

Enjoy the changing colours of the season and watch the sunsets,
which are especially vivid at this time.

Take gentle care all <3
Best wishes
Elizabeth, EOS
