Hi,

My Grandad sadly passed away last night and we are trying to get his tree of nearly 2000 people printed off... Genes wont let me print it as it says it is too big. I have exported the GEDCOM file and opened it in the MyHeritage program but it wont print out the full tree without having a premium account (80 pounds)

Does anybody have any advice for me please?

So sorry to hear of your loss, please accept my condolences,

off hand I would think that the Family Tree Maker program would cope with that...... I don't know if it is on offer anywhere..........

Saw a thread on here a few weeks ago about somebody who prints trees

Researching:
I am researching the Wotherspoon family from the Old/New Monkland areas of Scotland, some moved to the Leslie and Kelty areas of Fife and I'm having problems linking the Wotherspoon's from Leslie and the Wotherspoon's from Kelty. I am also researching the Clusker family from Co. Meath in Ireland who moved to West Lothian and from there to Fife............"Vita non est vivere sed valere vita est"

Oh dear, that must be Frederick who has died.

That is very sad. He always had an affinity with my Fred.

Ron I think it is who prints trees, somebody on the find ancestors board might know how to contact him.

Think you are right Island this Frederick has been a member longer but very few posts.

Billy and family, my condolences on the loss of your Grandfather Frederick, may he rest in peace, life's work well done with all he has contributed to your family tree.

I hope you can sort out the problem with the printing off and can enjoy reading all the information there. He has left you a wonderful gift and I hope someone will continue to add to the tree even if only on paper so his work continues.

It will be a wonderful way to acknowledge all he has done and to remember him often.
