Isn't the most likely explanation that she fell, jumped or was pushed from a higher floor onto a wall which cut the body, with half continuing to fall.

It wouldn't make sense for someone to kill her and put part of her somewhere else.

A news story from Melbourne...

A woman's body was found in a car park of a hotel this morning.

One half of the body was on the ground floor, the other half on the first floor.

A Victoria Police spokesperson said there appeared to be no suspicious circumstances surrounding the woman's death. :-0

What?????????
