I still have Deanna and Caz's numbers in my phone, just can't face deleting them somehow and I still write their names in my calender on their birthdays and the day we lost them etc. I was so pleased I managed to meet both of them face to face and also to know our lovely Marilyn and spend a little time with her.

I am sad for all the family and friends of those gone over the 9 years I have been using this site.

We have all shared happy times, sad times, tragedies and battles that weren't won and my life has been enriched by knowing these brave folks. Gone from our contacts but never forgotten.

Yes, we have loved and lost but look how many babies have been born to families on here, a whole new generation of little ones, some of whom are struggling or had to struggle to survive but all of them loved so very much and who will continue to add to their family trees.

Bless them all

Lizxx

I haven't met any GR "friends" face to face, but still feel sadness and loss when regulars pass away. I do feel compassion and sorrow for those who are struggling one way or another and for those who are no longer with us. I especially feel sad for their family and close friends who knew them all so much better than we ever could.

I echo Liz's sentiments.....Bless them all.
