Is a skin condition that causes red, flaky, crusty patches of skin covered with silvery scales....nice

More so.....it can cause arthritis

I have the above, my skin is not so bad at the moment, I use Exorex and it keeps the skin at bay

I have developed arthritis in one wrist, it started at the age of 40, I'm just 50 now

Anyone else have this, what do you do, to help yourself........I know you can not give medical advice.........looking for fellow sufferers
