DO YOU HAVE THIS PROBLEM

WHY DO I GET IN SUCH A STICKY MESS
TRYING TO EAT A JAM SANDWICH,SUCH A TINY BIT OF
JAM BUT MORE ON ME THAN THE BREAD,
AND STICKY FINGERS EVERYWHERE, :-D

Ooh! Jam on crumpets! - black cherry, raspberry, lemon curd, - any sort in fact ...........but best of all.........ginger preserve! :-D :-D

DIZZI - you need a bit of practice with a 'Devon Cream Tea' - jam, cream - the works. Scrumptious!

And they are much nicer than the Cornish version! :-D

Golden syrup is worse--especially if you pile it onto hot crumpets.
It´s everywhere before you´ve even got it to your mouth.
