OMG! 40 minutes times 2.

OH was standing over me getting out all the right info when it was needed. Then they wouldn't accept our joint bank account. Luckily I've got my own for personal monies. What would have happened if I hadn't?

Off to lie down - I'm exhausted!

On the one hand, only paying it in to a single persons account means that it won't be misappropriated. On the other hand many married couples only have the one joint account :-|

dear Interalia

why is working in local government doing such boring things as teaching children, building highways, providing care services and so on and on "not work" but only a place of indoctrination into socialism? afaik a lot of people employed in local govt actually vote tory.

otoh according to you manipulating the libor rate or running a complex buy2let operation never-paying-any-tax or sitting on the letterheads of companies ( for a hefty fee ) without ever darkening their door is jolly good work.

interesting

Well Rollo, can not recall, saying "not work" for people in the Public Sector, still, I know you like to put your own interpretation on what is said.

You, like many others, love to blame the Tory's for all our woes, no they are certainly not perfect far from it, but you are conveniently forgetting why we have had to experience the austerity measures for the last 7/8 years, sorry, it was all the Bankers fault, Labour of course had nothing to do with it. On the question of Tax Avoidance, and Bankers Bonuses, you seem to forget once again, that Labour were in power for 13 years, cannot recall them mentioning, or, doing anything about either of these subjects during that period, with the exception of the last 18 months in in office.

One thing I do admire about the left is their propaganda machine, it is second to none, in my opinion

I would just like to put your mind at rest Rollo, I am not a Tory voter, just relieved that we did not have to be subjected to a Labour/SNP/UNITE coalition for the next 5 years.

Cheers :-D
